PiXEL iNK MEDiA™ are specialists at fully integrating this secure payment service into web sites. There is no limit to the number of products you can sell, or the prices you charge. A currency conversion feature is also available so you can quote prices in any one of 177 currencies, while still conforming to the banking requirement of processing in Australian dollars. The system is GST ready and you also have access to refunds, reversals, and preauthorisation of funds all in real time, and at no extra cost.

Customisable reporting formats are provided for all payment information collected by your account. You can choose to have information collated and emailed to you at regular intervals, as well as choosing how you wish to view data online. The previous day's transactions are reported to you every morning in a fully-customisable report. These details can then be imported into most off-the-shelf accounting and spreadsheet packages.

Your secure payment account is separate to your web site hosting arrangements and your Bank Merchant Facility, both of which are required to take payments. For a single price we can provide you with a fully featured secure, real-time payment service with on-line reporting, SSL encryption, GST features and currency conversion, and ready for integrating into your web site. There are two options:

BASIC PLAN

  • $395 per annum with 45 cents per transaction (ex GST), plus site integration.

2000 PLAN

  • $595 per annum including the first 2000 transactions, then 45 cents per transaction (ex GST), plus site integration.

Batch Payment Processing

1. Files can be uploaded in either CSV (Comma delimited) or Tab delimited text. You can create these files in a spreadsheet like Microsoft Excel by choosing Save As... option from the File menu.
OR
Type the information in Notepad and save the file.
2. The fields in the file you upload must be in the following order, one charge per line.
  1. Your reference
  2. Card Holder's Name
  3. Amount in Dollars
  4. Card Number
  5. Card Expiry

Direct Debit

Great news! We can now also process Direct Debit transactions for you. It works with any Australian bank, building society or credit union. This means you can take a payment from a customer directly from their cheque or savings account.
